Synkhronos Healthcare Solutions (SHS) was founded with the goal of providing rural and critical access hospitals with high quality and comprehensive hospitalist programs tailored to their specific needs. Our mission is to bring a synergistic approach with the hospitals and physicians we work with to promote growth and partnership in the rural healthcare community. Utilizing the collective experience, expertise and connections in our respective fields, we work with our physician and hospital partners to create stable and long-lasting hospitalist programs that not only focus on ensuring adequate staffing but also maximizing revenue, physician satisfaction and retention, as well as community buy-in.
This approach allows us to offer a true and permanent solution to the crisis facing many rural and critical access facilities in the United States. We strive to prioritize and enhance the relationships between patients, physicians, and healthcare facilities in building a strong foundation for excellent clinical care.
